First parameter is time zone. Specifying your district's observance of Daylight Saving Time (DST) is optional. Note, different districts in the world have different starting and ending dates for DST. Available options are:
|DST=0if you do not observe DST|DST=1if do observe DST (very ambiguous).|DST=1Nor|DST=1Sfor DST in the Northern/Southern Hemisphere (slightly ambiguous).|DST=from April to Septemberto specify the date range of DST.
