First parameter is time zone. Specifying your district's observance of Daylight Saving Time (DST) is optional. Note, different districts in the world have different starting and ending dates for DST. Available options are:

• |DST=0 if you do not observe DST
• |DST=1 if do observe DST (very ambiguous).
• |DST=1N or |DST=1S for DST in the Northern/Southern Hemisphere (slightly ambiguous).
• |DST=from April to September to specify the date range of DST.
